Lincoln Park Zoo Lights 2008

An annual Lincoln Park Zoo tradition, ZooLights is a lot of fun for young and old, especially if you're a Christmas lights junkie like myself (let's just say the name "Clark Griswold" gets thrown around my house a lot this time of year). Besides the gazillion lights, the zoo has other activities such as Santa's Safari, ice carving demonstrations, and more. And perhaps the best part considering how much lighter holiday shopping makes our wallets, the admission charge is a big fat zero for all visitors.
