Chicago Sports Teams and Venues

The Windy City is chock full of sporting events, and we're very passionate about our teams, from the diehard fans of the Chicago Cubs, to the superfans of "Da Chicago Bears", to the bandwagon riders of the World Series winning White Sox. Here's a list of the multitude of Chicago sports teams and venues.
Soldier Field, Home of the Chicago Bears
Soldier Field (not Soldier's Field, a mistake a lot of natives even make) officially opened October 9, 1924, and is currently home to the Chicago Bears football team. Soldier Field underwent a major renovation completed in 2003 -- a controversial move that caused the National Register of Historic Places to strip the stadium of its landmark designation in 2006.
Chicago Bears Schedule
Fans of "Da Bears" are some of the most loyal in the country -- and they need to be, after the Chicago Bears have gone this long without a Super Bowl win. Here's the Chicago Bears Schedule for the current NFL season, along with start times (CST) and local broadcast station.
Wrigley Field
The second oldest major league ballpark in the US, the home of the Chicago Cubs is a Windy City must see attraction.
The United Center
"The house that Michael Jordan built" is the home of the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks, as well as host to over 200 events a year.
