Christmas in Chicago

Christmas in Chicago is a lot of fun -- between all the holiday themed events as well as great Christmas shopping on the Magnificent Mile, there's plenty to do despite the cold weather.

On of my (and many others) favorite things about the holiday season are the Christmas light displays. Fortunately, there is no shortage of glowing and twinkling strands of lights in Chicago. Here are some places to see Chicago Christmas lights.

The Chicago Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Daley Plaza is now in its 94th year, and features the Chicago Children's Choir, cast members from The Goodman Theatre's A Christmas Carol, Santa Claus, and of course the star of the show, a 90 foot tall Christmas tree.
