Brookfield Zoo gets into the holiday season with "Holiday Magic", when the zoo decorates with almost a million lights, a laser light show, carolers, storytellers and more.

December 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 26-31, 2011

Time:

4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (exhibit buildings close at 8:30 p.m., Tropic World closes at 7:30 p.m.)

Admission:

Regular zoo admission applies: Adults (12-64), $13.50; Seniors (ages 65+), $9.50; Children (ages 3-11), $9.50; Children 2 and under, free; Members, free.

Getting to Holiday Magic By Public Transportation:

The Metra Rail Burlington Northern line runs from Union Station downtown to the "Zoo Stop" (Hollywood) station and from there it is only a 2 block northeast walk to the zoo.

Parking at Holiday Magic:

Regular Brookfield Zoo rates apply: $9 for cars/vans, $12 for buses. Members park free (north lot).
