About the Chicago Shoreline Architecture River Tour:
The Shoreline Sightseeing Architecture River Tour is a fun and unique way to take in some of Chicago's fantastic architecture. Many famous architects designed buildings along the Chicago River, and the entertaining and well-informed tour docents provide plenty of facts and trivia about the history behind these great structures. The cruise even motors past the location where the Chicago Fire started back in 1871.

This is a guided, narrated cruise and the vessels feature open-air seating, with partially covered lower decks. All boats are wheelchair accessible. Alcohol is available for purchase on most cruises, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks.
